1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using https://primecertsolutions.com ("the Site"), operated by PrimeCerts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Our Services
PrimeCerts provides exam booking coordination, voucher sourcing, and preparation support for IT certifications offered by third-party vendors and certification bodies (such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, PMI, ISACA, and others). We act as a facilitator between you and these official certification providers; we are not the certification body itself and do not control exam content, scheduling availability, or passing outcomes.
3. Booking & Payment
When you submit a booking or voucher request, you authorise PrimeCerts to process your request and, where applicable, coordinate payment for exam fees or vouchers on your behalf. All fees are quoted in good faith based on the certification provider's published pricing at the time of your request; provider pricing may change without notice.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the policies of the underlying certification provider (e.g. Pearson VUE, PSI). Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
5. No Guarantee of Exam Results
While we provide study resources and preparation support, PrimeCerts does not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam. Exam performance depends on your own preparation and effort.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to provide false information when submitting a booking or voucher request, or to attempt to disrupt the proper functioning of the Site.
7. Limitation of Liability
PrimeCerts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to exam scheduling delays caused by third-party providers.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
